“Haley Stevens delivers for working people. She stands up for union jobs, and gets real results for the men and women who keep Michigan running.”

DETROIT, MI – Today, Congresswoman Haley Stevens secured her twelfth union endorsement, the most of any MI-SEN candidate and triple her closest opponent, as the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades, representing skilled trades workers across Michigan, announced its support for her campaign for U.S. Senate. In their endorsement, Robert Gonzalez of IUPAT District Council 1M praised Haley’s long record of delivering for Michigan workers, protecting good-paying union jobs, and investing in the skilled trades that build and maintain Michigan’s communities and infrastructure.

“Haley Stevens delivers for working people. She stands up for union jobs, and gets real results for the men and women who keep Michigan running,” said IUPAT DC 1M Business Manager and Secretary Treasurer Robert Gonzalez. “She’s fought to improve working conditions, protect good-paying union jobs, and make sure skilled trades workers have the opportunities they deserve. We’re proud to have her back as she has always had ours.”
