DETROIT, MI – Today, IronWorkers Local 25, which represents nearly 7,500 retired and active Ironworkers across Michigan, announced its endorsement of Congresswoman Haley Stevens for U.S. Senate. In their endorsement, Local 25 applauded Haley’s record of protecting good-paying union jobs, expanding workforce training opportunities, and ensuring all workers have the benefits they earned over lifetimes of hard work.
“Haley Stevens has always had the backs of IronWorkers,” said Mike Randick, Business Manager of IronWorkers Local 25. “She understands the grit, skill, and sacrifice our members bring to the job every day and has fought for strong labor standards, fair wages, and investments that keep our industry growing. Our members know she is a champion for working people, and we are proud to stand with her in her race for the United States Senate.”
