7/17/2026

DETROIT, MI – Today, the Congressional Black Caucus PAC endorsed Haley Stevens for U.S. Senate, citing her proven dedication to fighting for Black Michiganders and speaking out against Trump’s reckless agenda.

“Haley has spent her career fighting for Black Michiganders. From her time working on President Barack Obama’s auto rescue, helping save 200,000 Michigan auto jobs, to standing up for Michigan’s Black community in Congress, to now running to deliver on her MI HOPE Agenda, she’s an effective fighter who will deliver for Michigan in the Senate,”  said Chris Taylor, CBCPAC Spokesperson. “The CBCPAC is proud to support Haley Stevens because we know we can count on her to stand up and speak out against Trump’s discriminatory agenda.”

“The Congressional Black Caucus PAC is leading the fight for change and progress for Black Americans,” said Congresswoman Haley Stevens. “This race is about winning for Michigan, protecting our manufacturing economy, lowering costs, and taking on Donald Trump’s chaos. The Congressional Black Caucus PAC understands just how important it is to have a leader in the Senate who will stand up and fight the tough fights side by side. I am so honored to have them alongside me in my run for U.S. Senate.”

Haley continues to build the infrastructure to win statewide in Michigan and gain momentum. She has the most union endorsements in the Senate race. So far, Haley has been endorsed by 18 unions, double her opponent.

She has been endorsed by Former House Majority Whip Congressman Jim Clyburn, Senator Gary Peters, Attorney General Dana Nessel, former Governor Jennifer Granholm, U.S. Sen. Debbie Stabenow, and community leader Colleen Ochoa Peters.
