NEW POLL: Haley Stevens Is the Only Candidate Who Can Defeat Mike Rogers

El-Sayed trails Rogers by double digits, puts seat at risk for Democrats

DETROIT, MI – A new Glengariff poll out this morning shows that Haley Stevens is leading Mike Rogers, while Abdul El-Sayed trails behind by a significant margin, putting the Senate seat at risk for Democrats. Mike Rogers said he’s “in good shape” if Abdul wins the primary, and Republicans are propping up his campaign because they know they can beat him and flip Michigan’s Senate seat. In the final week of the primary, questions are swirling about Abdul’s attempts to cover up toxic past positions and hide his personal finances for months as hundreds of thousands of Michiganders have already voted.

• Haley Stevens holds a lead over Mike Rogers,  45.5%-44.7%, while Abdul El-Sayed trails him by roughly ten points, 49.0%-38.7%.
• Among definite voters, Stevens holds a 2-point lead on Rogers at 46.8%- 44.8% while El-Sayed trails Rogers by 7.2 points at 48.0%-40.8%.
• Stevens overperforms El-Sayed significantly with Independent voters – Stevens is tied with Independent voters, while El-Sayed loses them to Rogers by a 27 point margin.
• Stevens overperforms El-Sayed significantly with Black voters, leading by a 70 point margin while El-Sayed’s margin is roughly half that.
